Requirements to Securely Access ProFile

ProFile is accessible over the public internet at the URL https://app.profile-system.com . The application also communicates with the back-end services through the URL https://app.profile-system.com/api .

All communications are encrypted using modern TLS protocols and cypher suites.

Your IT department may need to add the ProFIle URL to their allow list.

If you receive any kind of back-end error indicating that access was denied or blocked by policy, this is a good indication that your organization is filtering traffic to external sites, and you may need to work with them to enable access to ProFile.
