How to Access Logs for Parts Consumed

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the logs for the asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access the logs for parts consumed, click Parts Consumed under the Logs heading. Doing so opens the Parts Consumed popup.

6.     Here, the historical details for the parts consumed by the selected asset are displayed. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Date Used, Part #, Part Name, Description, Supplier, Unit Cost, Quantity, Total Cost, and Entry User.

7.     User actions for this grid are similar to the ones available for other logs.
