How to Access Work Order Logs

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the logs for the asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access the work order logs, click Work Orders under the Logs heading. Doing so opens the Work Orders popup.

6.     Here, the historical data for work orders related to the selected asset are displayed in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Plant, Work Order, Work Order Category, Requested, Assigned To, Cycle Since Request, Status, Priority, and Work Requested.

7.     User actions available in this grid are also similar to the ones available on rest of the grids.
