How to Access Historical PM Logs

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the logs for the asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access the historical preventive maintenance logs, click Historical PM under the Logs heading. Doing so opens the Historical PM popup.

6.     Here, the historical preventive maintenance records for the selected asset are displayed in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Name, Created On, Last Action, State, Cycle Count, Hour Count, Last Modified By, and Action.

7.     All user actions available in the other grids (sorting, filtering, search, reset filters, column configuration) are available on this grid as well.
