How to Access Historical Downtime Logs

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the logs for the asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access the historical downtime for the selected asset, click Historical Downtime under the Logs heading. Doing so opens the Historical Downtime popup.

6.     Here, historical data for the selected asset’s downtime is displayed in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Start Date, Cycle #, Duration, Reason Code, Shift, and Entered By.

7.     User actions for this grid are also similar to the ones available in the rest of the grids.
