How to Access Activity Report

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the reports for the selected asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access activity report, click Activity Report located under the Reports heading. This opens the Activity Report popup where the activity details for the selected asset are displayed.

6.     Data is displayed via a graph in which differently color-coded lines are used to represent different stats.

7.     PM (Preventive Maintenance) Target Exceeded for the asset is displayed in red.

8.     Work Order Completed is reflected in orange color.

9.     Maintenance Required is reflected via yellow color.

10.  PM (Preventive Maintenance) Performed is displayed in blue color.

11.  Hovering over any point on the graph reveals a tooltip displaying the Cycle Count at that point.

12.  You can select the interval for which you want to view activity report using the Interval buttons. By default, the minute interval is selected. You can select 5 minutes, hour, day, and week.

13.  Moreover, you can select the date range for which you want to view data using the Interval date range.

14.  Select the shift you want to view data for using the Shift dropdown.
