How to Access Cycle Time Report

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the reports for the selected asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access cycle time report, click Cycle Time located under the Reports heading. Doing so opens the Cycle Time popup.

6.     Here, a graph maps Cycle Time (s) on the x-axis against the time interval (y-axis). Moreover, the temperature is mapped on the second x-axis.

7.     Cycle Time is displayed via green lines whereas temperature is reflected via yellow lines.

8.     Hovering over any point in the graph reveals a tooltip displaying various stats at that point. These include Cycle Time, Temperature, Start Cycle Number, Cycle Count, LL1, UL1, LL2, UL2, Target, and Artificial Cycles.

9.     Intervals and shift can be selected in the same way as in the Activity Report.
