How to Access the Efficiency Report

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the reports for the selected asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access the efficiency report, click Efficiency located under the Reports heading. This opens the Efficiency report.

6.     Here, the efficiency for the selected asset is displayed via a couple of graphs.

7.     The first graph maps the efficiency percentage of the selected asset. Like the other graphs, the Target line is displayed in green, UL1 and LL1 via yellow, and UL2 and LL2 via red color.

8.     The efficiency of the asset is displayed via a small circle. Hovering over this circle reveals a tooltip displaying Efficiency %, LL1 %, UL1 %, LL2 %, and UL2 %.

9.     The next graph maps the hours (y-axis) against the selected time interval (x-axis).

10.  Each bar is differently coded to represent Down Time in orange, Running Time in blue, Sleep Time in grey, and Cycle # in green.

11.  Hovering over the bar reveals a tooltip displaying Down Time, Running Time, Sleep Time, and Cycle # at that specific interval.

12.    Intervals and shift can be selected in the same way as in the Activity Report.
