How to Access the OEE Chart

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the reports for the selected asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access the OEE chart, click OEE Chart located under the Reports heading. Doing so opens the OEE Chart.

6.     Here, the percentage (y-axis) is mapped against the selected time interval (x-axis).

7.     OEE is reflected in green, availability in blue, performance in red, and quality in yellow.

8.     Hovering over the bar reveals a tooltip displaying OEE %, Availability %, Performance %, and Quality %.

9.     Intervals and shift can be selected in the same way as in the Activity Report.
