How to Access Downtime Chart

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Assets screen.

2.     Here, all the assets along with their details in a grid. Data is tabulated via various columns that include Asset ID, Location, Tag ID, Ready for Use, Type, Target Efficiency %, Target Cycle Time, Target OEE, Next PMs, Last PM, Last GPS Scan, and Favorite.

3.     Clicking an asset ID from the Asset ID column takes you to the selected asset’s details.

4.     Here, the reports for the selected asset are displayed in a panel on the right.

5.     To access the downtime chart, click Downtime Chart located under the Reports heading. Doing so opens the Downtime Chart.

6.     Here, a graph maps the time interval in seconds (y-axis) against the reason code (x-axis) shows the downtime of the selected asset.

7.     Hovering over the reason code bar reveals a tooltip displaying the Total Downtime, Average Downtime, Num of Events, Downtime Freq, and Aggregate Freq.

8.     By default, the graph is mapped based on downtime duration. To view it based on event count, click Event Count from the Aggregate By filter.

9.     Moreover, the downtime is grouped by reason code by default. To group by class code, click Class Code from the Group By filter.

10.  The selection of intervals and shift is similar to the other reports.
