How to Manage Reject Reasons

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Master Data > Reject Reasons

1.     Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Reject Reasons tab.

2.     Here, all the existing reject reasons are listed.

3.     To change the order of the reject reasons, drag the reject reason from the three-line icon and adjust it at the required position.

4.     To edit a reject reason, click the pencil icon from the reject reason row.

5.     To delete a location, click the trashcan icon from the asset location row.

6.     To export grid data in a .CSV file, click the Export Data button.

7.     To import data from a .CSV file, click the Import Data button. This opens the system storage for you to choose a file from.
