How to Add a Reject Reason

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Master Data > Reject Reasons

1.     Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Reject Reasons tab.

2.     Click the + Add Reject Code button at the top of the grid. Doing so adds a new row.

3.     Enter the name of the reject code in the text field.

4.     To mark the reason as active, enable the toggle button.

5.     To confirm addition, click the tick mark icon at the end of the row.

6.     To cancel the changes, click the x icon located at the end of the row.

7.     To confirm cancellation, click OK from the popup that appears.
