How to Manage Reject Dispositions

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Master Data > Reject Dispositions

1.     Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Reject Dispositions tab.

2.     Here, all the existing reject dispositions are listed.

3.     To change the order of the reject disposition, drag the reject disposition from the three-line icon and adjust it at the required position.

4.     To edit a reject disposition, click the pencil icon from the reject disposition row.

5.     To delete a reject disposition, click the trashcan icon from the reject disposition row.

6.     To export grid data in a .CSV file, click the Export Data button.

7.     To import data from a .CSV file, click the Import Data button. This opens the system storage for you to choose a file from.
