How to Manage Downtime Classes and Reasons

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Master Data > Three-dot Icon > Downtime Classes and Reasons

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Manage Downtime screen.

2.     Here, all the existing downtime class and reason codes are listed.

3.     To export data in a .CSV file, click the Export Data button.

4.     To import data from a .CSV file, click the Import Data button. Doing so opens your system storage to choose a file from.
