How to Add a Downtime Reason
ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Master Data > Downtime Classes and Reasons
1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Manage Downtime screen.
2. Click the + Add Reason Code button. Doing so adds a new row in the section for the selected class.
3. Here, enter the reason code in the text field.
4. In case you want to activate the reason code, enable the toggle button.
5. To save the changes, click the tick mark icon.
6. To cancel the changes, click the x icon located at the end.
7. To confirm cancellation, click the OK button from the confirmation popup.
