How to Add a Work Order Category

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Master Data > Three-dot Icon > Work Order Categories

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Work Order Categories screen.

2.     Click the + Add Category button located atop the grid. Doing so adds a new row.

3.     Here, enter the name of the work order category in the text field.

4.     To activate the added category, enable the toggle button.

5.     To save the changes, click the tick mark icon.

6.     To cancel the changes, click the x icon. Doing so opens a confirmation popup.

7.     To confirm cancellation, click OK.
