How to Add a Work Type

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Master Data > Three-dot Icon > Work Types

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Work Types screen.

2.     To add a work type, click the + Add Type button atop the grid. Doing so adds a new row.

3.     Here, enter the name of the work type in the text field.

4.     To activate the added type, enable the toggle button.

5.     To save the changes, click the tick mark icon at the end of the row.

6.     To cancel the changes, click the x icon located at the end of the row. This opens a confirmation popup.

7.     To confirm cancellation, click OK from the confirmation popup.
