How to Import Operators

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Operators

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Operators screen.

2.     To facilitate data import, ProFile has kept a template for you to download and fill it in with convenience.

3.     To download the template, click the Download Template button.

4.     Once the .CSV template file is downloaded, fill it in using the ID, Description, and PIN fields.

5.     After filling in, save the template file at an easily locatable place in your system storage.

6.     Click the Import Operators button. Doing so opens your system storage.

7.     Select the saved template file. Doing so imports the data into ProFile system.
