How to Manage File Structure for an Asset Definition
ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Administration > Asset Definitions > Select Asset Definition
1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Edit Asset Definition screen.
2. Click the File Structure button. Doing so opens the File Structure popup.
3. Here, all the existing folders are displayed.
4. To edit a folder, click the pencil icon.
5. To delete a folder, click the trashcan icon.
6. To add a new folder, click the + Add New Folder button. This adds a new row to record the folder name.
7. To add a nested folder (folder inside a folder), click the + button directly to the right of the name of the folder you with to create it in.
8. Type in a title for the folder and click the tick mark to save the folder
9. The nested folder will now be slightly indented from its parent folder to show its nested status. You may create additional levels of nested folders by following steps 7 and 8 again.
