How To Manually Update Cycles

Please ensure that "Enable Manual Cycles" is checked for the applicable enterprise.

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Asset screen.

2.     Click the Update Manual Cycles button.

3.     To manually update cycles for one asset at a time click the + Add Manual Cycles button.

4.     Select an asset from the drop-down list.

5.     Enter the desired values for New Cycle Number and New Hour Count.

6.     Click the Check Mark to confirm the entry or the X to delete that entry.

7.     Click the OK button to confirm your desire to delete that entry.

8.     When you are done adding manual cycles, click the Save button.

Update Asset / Update Cycles Permissions

This chart illustrates the default role/permission configuration for the ProFile application. A green check means that the role is allowed to perform the action. A red circle means that the role cannot perform the action. Note that your experience may vary, as these roles are customizable. Please contact support if you have any specific questions.
