How To Bulk Update Manual Cycles

Please ensure that "Enable Manual Cycles" is checked for the applicable enterprise.

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Asset screen.

2.     Click the Update Manual Cycles button.

3.     To facilitate data import, ProFile has kept a template for you to download and fill it in with convenience.

4.     To download the template, click the Download Template button.

5.     Once the .CSV template file is downloaded, fill it in using the assetUserFacingID, newCycleNumber, and newHourCount fields.

6.     After filling in, save the template file at an easily locatable place in your system storage.

7.     Click the Import Data button. Doing so opens your system storage.

8.     Select the saved template file. Doing so imports the data into ProFile system.

Update Asset / Update Cycles Permissions

This chart illustrates the default role/permission configuration for the ProFile application. A green check means that the role is allowed to perform the action. A red circle means that the role cannot perform the action. Note that your experience may vary, as these roles are customizable. Please contact support if you have any specific questions.
