How to Reconcile Missed Cycles

If the tool was assigned to a different machine in Pro-File than it was in the plant, the cycles recorded need to be moved in ProFile so that they are assigned to the correct machine.

ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets

1.     Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Asset screen.

2.     Click on the Tool Asset name that recorded the incorrect cycles.

3.     Click on the Reconcile Skipped Scans button.

4.     Input the date and time range that the tool was mismatched and click the OK button.

5.     Select the machine from the drop-down that the cycles need to be moved to.

6.     Click on the Move Cycles button.

7.     Click on the Move Cycles button.

8.     You can now click on the X in top right-hand corner of the "Reconcile Skipped Scans" window.

This chart illustrates the default role/permission configuration for the ProFile application. A green check means that the role is allowed to perform the action. A red circle means that the role cannot perform the action. Note that your experience may vary, as these roles are customizable. Please contact support if you have any specific questions.
