Classifying Downtime
ProFile > Left Navigation Bar > Assets
1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Asset screen.
2. Click on the Tool Asset name that you wish to Classify Downtime for.
3. Click on the Classify Downtime button.
4. Identify the unresolved downtime you would like to classify and click the Select Reason button on the rightmost column.
5. Select the downtime reason.
6. You may also enter comments by clicking the Add Comments button.
7. Enter comments in the comments field and click the Set Comments button.
8. Click the Classify Downtime button.
9. Click on the Confirm button.
