Clearing Cache and Cookies
Cache and cookies build up over time and can slow browsing or cause site issues. Clearing them can fix problems like:
- Login issues or error messages
- Outdated or incorrect info displaying
- Pages not loading properly
After clearing them some side effects may be:
- Logged out of most websites
- Cleared browsing history
- Removal of any website data stored on your computer
Select Your Browser
Google Chrome

Click on the Three Dots in the top righthand corner.

Click on Settings.

Click on Privacy and Security.

Under Privacy and Security click on Clear Browsing Data.

On the drop-down change it to All Time.

Ensure all check boxes are checked and click on the Clear Data button.

- Quit Google Chrome and reopen.
Mozilla Firefox

Click on the Three Lines in the top righthand corner.

Click on Settings.

Click on Privacy & Security.

Under Cookies and Site Data click on the Clear Data button.

Ensure that both checkboxes are checked and click on the Clear button.

Click on the Clear Now button.

- Quit Mozilla Firefox and reopen.
Microsoft Edge

Click on the Three Dots in the top righthand corner.

Click on Settings.

Click on Privacy, Search, and Services.

Under Clear Browsing Data click on the Choose What to Clear button.

On the drop-down change it to All Time.

Ensure that the first four checkboxes are checked and click on the Clear Now button.

- Quit Microsoft Edge and reopen.
Safari on a Mac

Click on Safari on the menu bar.

Click on Settings.

-
Click on the Privacy tab.

-
Click on the Manage Website Data button.

-
Click on the Remove All button.

-
Click on the Remove Now button and then click the Ok button.

Click on Safari on the menu bar.

-
Click on Clear History.

-
On the drop-down, change it to All History.

-
Click on the Clear History button.

- Quit safari and reopen.
