Configuring Notifications
To configure both application and email notifications please follow this guide.
Once logged into ProFile click on the user icon in the top right corner and click on settings.
To configure application level notifications click on Application Notifications. Application Notifications will show under the bell icon in the top right corner.
Click the Edit button to change the notifications.
To enable a notification you may click on the parent tick box and enable all notifications in that category. You may also select individual notifications from the category by selecting the tick box next to the alert you wish to receive.
Next you will need to select the shifts during which you want to receive alerts by clicking in the Select Shifts box and selecting the tick boxes for the appropriate shifts.
Next you will need to select for what assets you wish to receive alerts, start by click the + Add New button. You may select an entire class of assets by clicking on the asset class or an individual one by expanding the list using the triangle next to the asset class name.
When you are done configuring the notifications, click on the Save button.
If you wish to configure email notifications click on Email Notifications and follow steps 3 - 7. Email notificications will be sent to the email address saved in your ProFile account.
