How to Add Assets

Only ProFile System Administrators are able to add assets. Therefore in order to get additional assets added to your Enterprise you need to follow the following steps.

1. Once logged in the ProFile, please ensure you have the Enterprise and Plant selected where you want the assets to be, this can be done by using the drop down menus.

   

2. Click on the Gear Icon button.

   

3. Scroll down to the "Manage Plant" section and click on Upload Assets

   

4. Click the Download Template button.

   

5. Please fill out the downloaded excel spreadsheet, there are instructions included in the spreadsheet.
6. Once completed please email that spreadsheet to: support@profile-system.com
