Record Parts Consumption

Parts consumption can be recorded in the Assets section of ProFile. Parts consumption requires the parts to be defined in the master data for the plant. Contact the plant manager if your parts consumption window does not reflect the available parts.

To record parts consumption:

1. Click on the "Assets" icon in the left navigation bar.

2. Click the "Asset ID" associated with the parts consumption you wish to record.

3. Click the "Record Parts Consumption" button.

4. Fill in the "Quantity" of the parts consumed and select the radio button next to the part that was consumed.

5. Click the "Record Parts Consumption" button.

6. Click "Confirm" in the Record Parts Consumption Confirmation popup.
