Asset Reports Overview

Each real-time asset in ProFile has reports that summarize the various aspects of the asset. Static assets do not have reports available. For more information, see the Assets Overview document.

At the top of each report is a set of controls to filter the underlying data used to generate the report.

The Start Date determines the starting point for your X Axis values, which are measured in time intervals.

The Interval setting determines how much data is summarized in each bar of the chart, in time, along the X axis. For example: If 1d (one day) is selected in the interval field, the X axis will show bars containing 1 day of data. As you can see in the image below, a 1 day interval is selected with a start date of February 16, 2023. The X Axis then shows a data entry for each subsequent day after the start date.

The Shift dropdown filters the data shown in the report to reflect the cycles or events that happen during the selected shift.

Hovering over data points such as the bars in this bar graph below can yield tooltips with additional information.

Types of Reports that are available:

• Activity Report - Bar Chart of Activity Data
  • X Axis: Date
  • Y Axis: Cycle Count
  • Labels dates on which Tool Maintenance was Required and Preventative Maintenance was performed.
• Cycle Time - Line chart of Cycle Time Data
  • Displays lines for Cycle Time, Temperature, LL1, UL1, LL2, UL2
• Cavitation Chart - Chart of Cavitation Data
• Part Per Hour - Chart of Parts Per Hour Data
• Efficiency - Chart of Efficiency Data
• OEE Chart - Bar Chart of OEE Data
  • Each bar shows OEE percentage
  • Additional percentages for Availability, Performance, and Quality
• Reject Chart - Chart comparing Rejects vs Accepted
  • Bar chart with shaded regions for both Rejected and Accepted
• Rejects by Code - Chart combining reject codes and their frequency
  • Shows total number of rejects in bar
  • Line data to represent Reject Frequency and Aggregate Frequency
• Downtime Chart - Chart of Downtime Data

To access the reports associated with a particular asset:

1. Click on the "Assets" button from left hand navigation bar.

2. Select the "Asset ID" name you wish to view reports for.

3. Click on any of the listed reports.

Asset Reports Permissions

This chart illustrates the default role/permission configuration for the ProFile application. A green check means that the role is allowed to perform the action. A red circle means that the role cannot perform the action. Note that your experience may vary, as these roles are customizable. Please contact support if you have any specific questions.
