Historical PM Log

The Historical PM Log contains a timestamped list of preventative maintenance events for a specific asset. The entries include:

View - Button for navigating directly to the PM checklist associated with that log entry
Name - The name of the Preventative Maintenance checklist
Created On - The date the PM checklist was created
Last Action - The timestamp of the Last Action performed on the Preventative Maintenance checklist
State - The state of the PM Checklist
Cycle Count - Number of cycle counts
Hour Count - Number of hour counts
Last Modified By - The User who last modified the PM Checklist

Logs are accessed from an asset's dashboard. See instructions below on how to access the log.

1. Click on "Assets" button from left hand navigation bar.

2. Select the "Asset ID" name you wish to view logs for.

3. Click "Historical PM" from the right hand pane.
