Parts Consumed Log

The Parts Consumed Log is a list of part consumption events. Each log entry will list the following information:

• Date Used - The date the part consumption event occurred
• Part # - The unique number for identifying the type of part consumed
• Part Name - The name of the part consumed
• Description - The part description
• Supplier - Name of the supplier who supplied the part
• Unit Cost - The cost of each part consumed
• Quantity - The number of parts consumed in that particular event
• Entry User - The user who recorded the part consumption event

Accessing the Parts Consumed Log

Logs are accessed from an asset's dashboard. See instructions below on how to access the log.

1. Click on "Assets" button from left hand navigation bar.

2. Select the "Asset ID" name you wish to view logs for.

3. Click "Parts Consumed" from the right hand pane.
