It now uses the information of when the asset last received cycles to draw "Unknown" states. For example, if an asset last received a cycle 10 minutes ago, the time between then and now is marked as "Unknown" (light grey) since we do not know what happened to the asset since then
This also applies to assets that have not received cycles in a long time
More correctly account for downtime that started before the current interval, and for "running" states in between down states
Show what was the cycle number that caused the downtime event to end
On the asset dashboard, switching "only active" to true, would show running and down assets, instead of just running.
