Improve application localization, especially around formatting of dates.
This means that the format of dates will now change depending of the language the of the user that logged in
Additionally, more components, like the Date Picker, the table pagination and more are translated

Clarified the UI around alerts. Previously we the tab was named "Active alerts" but the contents were in fact "Unacknowledged alerts".
Multiple improvements on the production order page. Added validation and improved the UI style.
No longer broken
Fix multiple bugs that would cause alerts to not be correctly updated. Improve and reduce the number of queries necessary to update alerts.
Fix invalid limits being used for OEE and efficiency alerts. Log more information for each alert, including the min and max values. For pm alerts, log the previous status. For gap alerts, log the gap length. For WO, fix the text.
PM Checklists Due page breaks on some plants.
Adding a production order fails.
Permission for machine operator being blocking him access to PMC.
Deep link navigation being case sensitive.
V4 cycle data would fail to get processed because gateways are setting the receive timestamp on unprocessed cycles (62f76553).
