20230930 - Bug Fixes and New Features

Administrative users can now navigate to a gateway details page, where information about the gateway and the connected monitors is displayed.

Improvements

Improve accuracy of timestamps from gateway with sendsTrustedTimestamps set to true.
Treat cycle batches that happened closely (<5 seconds) as being part of the same batch. This is because the press module can only send 5 at a time, so they will arrive as batches as maximum 5 that should be in fact larger.
This fixes the issue of cycles appearing out of order and on top of each other on the cycle time report.
Note, that the timestamp accuracy is still not guaranteed.

Skip over tools that don't have a monitor attached when updating their status to disconnected. Resolves issue on UAT where the cycles from Digi were not processing.
When disconnecting a tool from a machine using the UI or when a message from the gateway arrives, mark it as disconnected. A message from the gateway for a status update may also arrive doing the same thing later, but it's better to have the instant feedback.

Adds button to allow the user to trigger a refresh of the data.
Increase the refresh interval for the molds dashboard from 10 minutes to 5 seconds.
On the asset overview, also refresh the top status display

Notification management: If an asset has the same name as its type (e.g., having an asset of type Mold with the user facing id set to Mold ), the screen no longer breaks.
PM Instance: When opening a pm instance as a limited user, an incorrect Permission Denied error is no longer shown.
