Molds Dashboard
The Molds dashboard summarizes the performance of all running and idle molds at the specified plant.
The Molds dashboard summarizes the following attributes for an asset:
- OEE
- Parts/Hour
- Cavitation
- Rejects
It also includes several data sets plotted on easy-to-read charts:
- OEE
- Availability
- Performance
- Quality
- Cycle Time
- PM Status
- Production Order
- Downtime
Asset Location Dashboard (Assets)
The asset location dashboard plots the various locations where assets are stationed throughout the world. You can quickly drill into a location and find specific assets.
Asset Overview Dashboard
The asset overview dashboard summarizes assets by various states, including:
- by asset type
- by preventative maintenance status
- by tool state
- by cycle time status
- by efficiency status
- by OEE status
Tool OEE and Production Dashboard
The tool OEE and production dashboard shows key metrics associated with production in a tabular format.
